The sample pattern will be about 1 to 4 weeks after the order is placed, and the actual production will be about 2 to 8 weeks after the order is decided.
Depending on the busy season, it may not be possible to meet the time. In addition, we may not be able to meet your request due to the transportation route. Please note.
About returns and exchanges
As this is a bespoke product, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is not possible after creating the pattern or arranging the raw materials. In case of cancellation, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
In addition, if we cannot contact you within 2 years after payment due to customer's convenience or if you do not receive the supplied fabric etc., it will be canceled and no refund will be given.
In case of cancellation before creating the pattern or arranging raw materials, 60% of the order price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
キャンセル規定
パターン作成後、もしくは原材料手配後のキャンセルはできません。キャンセルされる場合は100％のキャンセル料を頂戴いたします。
また、ご入金後からお客様都合にて2年間を過ぎても連絡が取れないもしくは支給生地などが届かない場合は、キャンセルとし、ご返金は致しません。
パータン作成前・原材料手配前のキャンセルの場合は、ご注文代金の60％をキャンセル料として頂戴致します。
